1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs and services provided by 2C-AI (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or the rights of others; generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful to minors, deceptive, or designed to harass; develop weapons or malicious software; attempt to extract model weights, circumvent safety systems or rate limits; or misrepresent AI-generated output as human-created where disclosure is required by law.
4. Your content and outputs
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Inputs"). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, 2C-AI assigns to you its rights, if any, in the generated outputs ("Outputs"). You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before relying on them: AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and Outputs do not constitute professional (legal, medical, financial or other) advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including our models, software, designs and trademarks (including the 2C-AI name and lattice mark), are owned by 2C-AI or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Fees
Paid Services are billed as described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2C-AI's aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, where required by law, or to protect the security of the Services, providing notice where practicable.
9. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
